What does it cost?
The video consultation with Dr. Scholz is free of charge
How does it work?
- You select a possible date.
- You will be redirected to Jameda and enter your e-mail, first name, surname and mobile number.
- You will receive an SMS confirmation code
- Transmission and exchange of data are secure and subject to data protection regulations
Which devices and software?
We recommend using a PC or laptop with one of the current web browsers.

If you use your cell phone for the consultation. For iPhones and iPads from Apple (iOS system)

PC/Laptop Requirements
If your PC / laptop does not have an integrated webcam, we recommend that it has the following features:
- The camera is compatible with your computer’s operating system
- The camera can be connected to the computer via USB
- The resolution of the camera should be at least 720 p
- The camera has a plug and play function
- The camera has an integrated microphone
